Dusk was settling gently on London, making Seras's slightly cumbersome body somewhat more elegant and making her skin tingle less and less as the sun skulked from the horizon. She paused mid-stretch, looking curiously at a fissure in the entrance wall of the London Underground. The smell eminating from there was... intriguing. Cautiously she stepped forward, sniffing it warily, and sensing no immediate danger, adjusted her eyes, crouched down, and slithered uncomfortably in.

A little way into the fissure, it opens out into the entrance cavern of the Cave. Here's the description again:
This is an octagonal room. The walls are limestone, and although most of it is flat and sculpted, there are stalactites hanging from the roof and stalagmites on the floor. In the middle of the room is a pool set into the floor. A stream runs into it from the western wall, against which is some kind of wooden cabinet. It looks like a bar, glass-fronted and full of various bottles of alcohol. Above the cabinet is a clock made from the same dark wood, but instead of hands and numbers, it is an intricate creation of dials, meters and arcane symbols.
Visible exits in this cavern
North wall, straight ahead. Dark wood door (the same wood as the cabinet) six carved panels, shining brass frame, long brass handle on the right side. A brass key is in the keyhole, and it will unlock and open.
North-western wall, left hand side of the north door. Identical to the north door, but no key in the keyhole. Will the north door's key unlock it, or does it need its own key?
Eastern wall, visible first as a dark line that shapes a rectangle in the limestone wall. On closer inspection the rectangle is a hinged door and the line is the gap between the wall and the door. Will open to swing inwards if pushed. Although it is only a thin block of limestone, it is still heavy and requires strength to open.
South-eastern wall, to the right from the London entrance. A block of unvarnished treated pine set into the wall. It can be pushed out from inside but you cannot get it out from the entrance cavern side.
South-western wall, to the left from the London entrance. A gap in the wall similar to the London entrance, unlit, so that someone walking into it won't notice the ten-foot drop until shortly before they hit the ground.
Now pick a door. Or would you rather have a closer look at the cabinet? Or turn back for reinforcements? But who's going to believe you about this?

Seras stalked forwards, looking for all the world like a cat in human form. The canine teeth that glittered gently in the darkness didn't help this image to be dispelled. She recognised the liquor cabinet idea-- after all, she worked for Sir Hellsing-- so she headed there, sniffing the air nervously in case of a sudden attack from the shadows (read: something freaky happened). She frowned at the assortment of bottles, noting the various gorgeous coloured glass facets of many of them, then turned to the center of the Cavern to see what she could figure out from here.

A small dial on the clock trembled and slid down with an audible click. There was a moment's stillness before the clock descended into a small cacophony of clicks, whirrs and chimes. The sounds became steadily louder and spread down to the cabinet - then ceased. A glass panel on the cabinet swung forward on hinges and a tall bottle of dark liquid tipped out and began to fall.

Seras snatched for the falling bottle completely unthinkingly, catching it and pulling it towards herself almost immediately. She glared suspiciously at the cabinet, unconciously cradling the bottle against her chest, then with a huff she stalked over to the limestone door in the eastern wall, skirting warily around the central pool in the suspicion that it may have something living within it, or be blessed, or be some odourless acid, or something, and tested her weight against the limestone slab. It smelt like something living, but the tracks were old and she had a weaker nose than most werewolves.

The limestone slab will move if Seras uses some strength. It opens inwards to a rectangular tunnel, the same dimensions as the hall and the same yellowish limestone. It is completely straight and continues forward out of sight. The walls glow softly and further ahead the glow is reflected back and forth between the walls so that you can't see very far. The roof becomes wet and after a while it starts dripping. The exit to this tunnel is a trapdoor in the roof.
