Italy

Italy is a gorgeous and relaxed country amongst the rural areas, and still more relaxed than most countries within its cities. Except of course the tiny little country (Vatican City) embedded in the capital of Italy (Rome). The Holy See is, after all, the hub of Catholicism.
Italy also has some fantastic food. Like, really, really good. It's the home of dolmades and pizza and spaghetti and foccacia-- which is a moot point for those of us who can't walk on concecrated ground. As is Catholicism, thanks to our wonderful colleagues at Iscariot Section XIII.
